Delete Account
At Sona Shadi, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. You can request to delete your account and all associated information directly within the Sona Shadi app by following these steps:
- Open the Sona Shadi app
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account
- Confirm your request
What Happens After Deletion?
- Your profile, biodata, photos, chats, and wallet balance will be permanently deleted.
- Some transaction details (such as payments) may be retained for up to 90 days for legal and accounting purposes.
